Returns

You may request a return within 3 to 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged or defective

• The wrong product was delivered

• The item is unused and in its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us through our website with your order details and clear images of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of agricultural products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used seeds (Hybrid or OP seeds)

• Opened fertilizers or crop nutrients

• Perishable or sensitive agricultural products

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or adjusted against future orders

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective

• Damaged during delivery

• Incorrect item sent

Exchange requests must be made within the return period.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Shipping & Return Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect

• For heavy items (machinery), return logistics may require additional coordination
